Apple Cinnamon Shake is a quick spiced shake that will make you feel flavorsome! Every sip has a bite of apple, it provides your body with the proper nutrients and makes you feel good from the inside out! This protein-rich shake is the perfect quick fix for a delicious light meal, or a mid-morning or late afternoon munch time. Enjoy your yummy, quick and healthy spiced drink!


Ingredients :-


2 Apples, med-sized (peeled & finely chopped)

2.5 cups/600 ml. Milk (boiled & chilled)

¼ tsp. Vanilla Essence

2 tbsp. Caramel Syrup (Hershey’s)

2 tsp. Sugar

½ cup Ice Cubes

¼ tsp. Cinnamon Powder


Method :-


To the blender jar add all the ingredients mentioned above under the ingredients list one by one. Close the lid of the jar tightly and blend well for next 2-3 mins on high speed


Transfer the shake to the serving glass and pour a tsp of Caramel Syrup and enjoy…


Note: This will be a thick shake and you will have apple fibres in your mouth while drinking
