Caramelized Garlic Chicken & Mushroom

Prep Time: 15 mins I Cooking Time: 25-30 mins I Serving: 2-3




Ingredients :-


500 g / 1 lb. Fresh Button Mushrooms (washed, stems on but trimmed)

200 g Chicken (Boneless , cut into 1 inch cubes)

40 g / 2 chiplets Butter (salted)

Salt to taste

8-10 Garlic Cloves (divided equally 5 minced + 5 chopped)

¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

¼ tsp Soy Sauce

4-5 Fresh Coriander Sprigs (finely chopped)


Method :-


Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 mins on low-medium flame


Add salt, mix well and stir for another 4-5 mins on low-medium flame until chicken gets golden brown in colour/half cooked


Next add mushrooms to the pan, mix well and stir for 3-4 mins


Add garlic (both minced + chopped) to the pan and sauté for 10-15 mins on low-medium flame until it turns deep golden brown. Stir from time to time for even cooking


Add black pepper powder + soy sauce to the pan. Mix well and stir for another 1-2 mins


Add freshly chopped coriander to the pan. Mix well and turn off the flame


Transfer onto a serving platter


Time to Taste:)

Enjoy with Chilled Mojito OR crispy toasted bread of your choice and coffee(hot/cold)
