½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder

⅛ tsp. Nutmeg Powder

1 tsp. Chat Masala Powder

½ tsp. Garam Masala Powder

¾ cup/70 g. Bread Crumbs

Salt to taste

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil (divided)

Soak 10-12 skewers in a glass of water for half an hour

After 3 hrs/overnight remove the lid/cling film, mix the kebab mixture well and set aside (covered)

Divide the mixture into 10-12 portions. Grease your palm with a few drops of vegetable oil and shape the kebabs over the long skewer. Similarly, prepare the remaining kebabs. Once all the kebabs are prepared, set aside (covered)

Heat a grill pan. Add 1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil to the pan and with the help of a brush apply the oil on all sides of the pan

Once done, place the chicken seekh kebabs on a preheated pan one by one, drizzle oil over the kebabs and fry for 5-7 mins on low flame until golden brown on all sides

Flip over, apply the oil again and cook the other side for another 5-7 mins on low flame
