Creamy Herbed Green Dipping Sauce

Creamy Herbed Green Dipping Sauce is mayonnaise and sour cream-based, with lots of fresh herbs and garlic. For the creamy herb dip, you'll need mayonnaise, curd, fresh coriander, mint leaves, fresh lemon juice, green chili and garlic. Just roughly chop everything and dump it all in the food processor, blend well and the dip is ready. This can be prepared a day ahead and can be refrigerated. Goes well with all kinds of starters, barbeques and especially kebabs :) Enjoy weekends with this super quick recipe.


Ingredients :-


For Dip :-


150 g. Fresh Coriander (with stems, washed properly & roughly chopped )

50 g. Fresh Mint leaves (stems removed & washed properly)

5-6 Garlic Cloves (peeled)

1 Green Chili (roughly chopped)

½ tbsp. Lime Juice

¼ cup/60 g. Yogurt (Simple/Greek)

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Chat Masala Powder

Salt to taste


Method :-


For Dip :-


To the blender jar add all the ingredients mentioned under the ingredient list and grind for 2-3 mins on medium speed to make a smooth paste. Pour the dip in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving


Time to Taste:) Goes well with all kinds of starters, barbeques and especially kebabs :)
