Fruit Feta Cheese Salad

Fruit Feta Cheese Salad is definitely my family favorite appetizer! The fresh bright flavors make a wonderfully refreshing appetizer or light meal, especially on hot summer days. The perfect combination of sweet fruits and salty feta cheese, honey and lime dressing where the flavors are perfectly balanced between sweet and tang!

Ingredients :-

1 Papaya, med size (peeled & seeds removed) 1 Cantaloupe, med size (rind & seeds removed) 2 Mangoes, med size (peeled & seed removed) 8-10 Mint Leaves (washed & finely chopped)

For salad dressing :-

1 tbsp. Honey 1 Fresh Lemon Juice 50 g. Feta Cheese (crumbled)

Method :-

Take a small sized ripe papaya, peel off the skin and cut into half, with a help of a spoon scoop out the seeds and cut the papaya into small slices

Similarly, cut the cantaloupe and mangoes into slices. Add the papaya + melon + mango slices to a large bowl. Then add fresh lemon juice + honey + mint leaves + feta cheese to the bowl. Stir to combine everything. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving

Enjoy in morning breakfast or serve with any starter or even with main course of your choice
