Mango Khoya Lassi

Mango Khoya Lassi is one of the best, very delicious, thick & creamy sweet mango lassi recipe, easy to make at home in just 10 mins. The ingredients include thick chilled curd/unflavored yogurt, mango cubes, sugar & grated khoya and topped with sliced dry fruits & rose petals. The addition of Khoya gives richness making it different from regular mango lassi. Topping with dry fruits and rose petals makes it a complete healthy drink by giving a nutty addition to this drink. Enjoy this super yummy, quick, easy & refreshing drink and enjoy the flavor's of summers.

Ingredients :-

1 Mango, large (skin removed & chopped in chunks)

2 tbsp. Khoya/Milk Solids/Mawa

1 cup/200g. Curd/Yogurt

7-8 Ice Cubes

2 tbsp. Sugar

2 cup/480 ml.

3-4 Almonds + Pistachios (thinly sliced)

1 tsp Dried Rose Petals (optional)

Method :-

Add sugar + water to the blender jar. Close the lid of the jar and blend for next 2-3 mins on high speed until sugar completely dissolves in water

Add all the rest of the ingredients to the blender jar one by one and blend to make a smooth drink on medium speed for 1-2 mins

Fill the glass with the lassi and top up with pistachios, almonds & a dried rose petals (optional)
