Malai Paneer Bhurji
Prep Time: 15 mins I Cooking Time: 20 mins I Serving: 3-4

Ingredients :-
250 g fresh Paneer / Cottage Cheese (grated/scrambled)
3 Onion medium-sized (finely chopped)
1-2 Green Chillies, chopped(optional, avoid if prep for kids)
2 Tomatoes medium-sized (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Fresh Cream(malai)
3 tbsp/45 ml Veg Oil
Freshly chopped Coriander (for garnishing)
Powdered Spices :-
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
Method:- (on low-medium flame)
Heat veg oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté on low medium flame till translucent
Add chopped green chillies to the pan and keep stirring until onion colour changes to light golden brown for 4-5 mins on low-medium flame
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until soft and mushy on low-medium flame
Next add red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder to the pan. Mix well and
stir for a minute
To the pan add scrambled paneer/cottage cheese and mix well with the masala
Next add fresh cream/malai to the pan, mix well and turn off the flame immediately
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander
Time to taste :)
