Butter Garlic Mushrooms

Butter Garlic Mushrooms is a tasty appetizer made with button mushrooms sauted in butter, garlic and herbs. Melt-in-your mouth garlic mushrooms can be enjoyed at breakfast on your toasts. This 10 minute Garlic Mushrooms is a simple recipe with burst of flavours will surely develop your liking towards mushrooms.


Ingredients :-


½ kg/1.1 lb. Fresh Button Mushrooms (washed, stems on but trimmed & cut into half)

1 tbsp./15 ml. Vegetable/Olive Oil

40 g./2 chiplets Butter (salted)

12-15 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)

Salt to taste

½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)


Method :- Heat veg oil + butter in a non-stick pan. Add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for a minute on medium flame. Cook undisturbed until the mushrooms are browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes

Flip the mushrooms and cook undisturbed until browned on the second side and tender, about 5 minutes more.

Add the garlic and stir for a minute. Season with salt + red chili flakes + black pepper powder and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve immediately. Time to Taste:)
