Green Grape Virgin Mojito is a refreshing summer cooler that can be made in just few minutes and needs just a few, easily available ingredients. If using sweet grapes then there is no need to add sugar, but you could certainly add a bit of sugar if your drink needs sweetening. You can make it using green, black or red grapes and with or without alcohol. I have not used alcohol. Enjoy this refreshing super yummy drink on a hot day to beat the heat.
Ingredients :-
2 cups/400g. Green Grapes (seedless, chilled & sweet) 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
Ice Cubes Black salt (to taste) 4 tsp. Lime Juice (2 tsp. each glass/divided equally) 2 tbsp. Honey (divided equally) 500 ml. Chilled Sparkling Water/Soda (divided equally)
Method :-
Purée grapes and mint in a blender until smooth. Take a large bowl and pass the grapes purée through the strainer into the bowl
To the glasses add ice cubes and transfer the strained fresh grape juice. Next add black salt + lime juice + honey + sparkling water to the glasses. Mix well and enjoy!
