Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry

Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry is a healthy and perfect addition to any meal. These kinds of recipes are always my favourites because they are so versatile. Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry is a great option for weeknights because it's quick to make. Addition of garlic, Black pepper & some toasted seeds makes it super tasty. It is a quick and healthy dinner solution the whole family will love! Add your favorite protein or enjoy it as a vegetarian meal.

Ingredients :-

500 g / 1.1 lb. Fresh Button Mushrooms (washed, stems on but trimmed)

250 g Broccoli (washed, cut into small florets) ¼ cup Green Onions, (both white & green part, finely chopped) 1 Carrot, large (peeled, washed & cut into cubes) 2 tbsp. Veg Oil

20 g Butter (salted) 2 tsp. Mixed Italian Herbs

Salt to taste

8-10 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)

¼ tsp White Sesame Seeds (toasted)

Method :-

Heat veg oil + butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 sec on low-medium flame

Add broccoli florets + green onions to the pan, mix well and stir for 1-2 mins on low-medium flame. Next add carrots to the pan, mix well and stir in regular intervals until broccoli starts turning golden on outside Add mushrooms to the pan, mix well and sauté for 3-4 mins on high flame. Stir in regular intervals for even cooking

Once the mushrooms also start turning golden on the outside, add mixed italian seasoning powder + salt to the pan. Mix well and stir for another 1-2 mins on high flame and switch off the gas

Transfer to the serving plate/bowl and garnish with some toasted sesame seeds. Time to Taste:)
