Chicken Sausages with Broccoli and Mushrooms Stir Fry

Chicken Sausages with Broccoli and Mushrooms Stir Fry made in one pan with just few ingredients, it's ready in 25 minutes with easy steps, and is so versatile! Serve it on its own for a low-carb dinner, or over rice or pasta and is the best option for busy weeknights

Ingredients :-

4 Chicken Sausages (cut into 2 inch diagonals) 200 g. Mushrooms (cut into half/quartered & washed well) 10 - 12 Broccoli Florets (cut into half) 1.5 tbsp. Veg Oil 7-8 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped) 1 Onion, med size (finely chopped) 20 g. Butter (salted) 1 tsp. Mixed Italian Herbs

1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes ½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder Salt to taste

1 tsp. Toasted White Sesame Seeds

Method :-

For Stir Fry :-

Heat 1.5 tbsp of veg oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic + onions to the pan and stir for 1-2 mins on medium flame. Stir in intervals

Next add broccoli florets to the pan and sauté for another 1-2 mins. Stir until broccoli starts turning soft

Next, add mushrooms to the pan and stir for another 1-2 mins on medium flame. Stir continuously for even cooking & to avoid burning

Once the mushrooms and broccoli start turning golden on the outside add the sausages diagonals to the pan. Mix well and stir until sausages are cooked properly

Add butter + mixed Italian herbs + red chili flakes + black pepper powder + salt. Mix well and stir for 30 sec. Garnish with roughly chopped coriander and switch off the gas.

Transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds

Time to Taste :)

Serve hot with steamed rice and a nice chilled drink of your ch
