Shrimp Fried Rice, a simple and delicious recipe is one of my go-to 20-minute meals and my family can’t get enough of it. Shrimp and rice loaded with veggies and egg is a protein-packed and easy dinner. Make sure to use leftover, day old rice when making fried rice.
Ingredients :-
250 g Shrimps (cleaned & pat dry)
1 tbsp. Veg Oil
40 g Butter (salted)
8-10 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1-2 Red Chili (whole, dried & cut diagonally to pieces)
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ tsp. Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp. Coriander Powder
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp. Mixed Italian Herbs ¼ tsp. Smoked Paprika Powder 1 Onion, med size (finely chopped) 1.5 cup Cooked Rice 1.5 tsp. Soy Sauce 1.5 tsp. Sriracha/Hot Chili Sauce
2 tsp. Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Method :-
Heat 1 tbsp veg oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Next add chopped garlic + red chilies to the pan and stir for 1-2 mins on medium flame
Add shrimps + salt + ginger garlic paste + black pepper powder + coriander powder + red chili powder + mixed italian herbs + smoked paprika powder to the pan and sauté for a mins on medium flame
To the pan add chopped onions and sauté for another minute on medium flame
To the pan add cooked rice + soy sauce + sriracha + green coriander leaves. Fold in; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on medium heat and switch off the gas.
